1. Acceptance of Terms

• Member's own request to close their account.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

9.2 Funds After Termination

In the event of account termination at the member's own request or due to inactivity, any valid fund balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the registered payment method upon completion of review. In cases of termination due to a breach of terms, funds may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.

10. Responsible Gaming

Continued use of the kl99 platform after the effective date of any term changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the changes take effect.
